Alles was schoon, lokatie viel tegen. Keuken was oud, plafond kwam hier en daar naar beneden. Slaapkamers waren ruim maar de bedden sliepen niet fijn.

Kitchen was fully equipped. The cottage is not luxurious. It is adequate, clean, and the 2 baths is a plus. Liked the closeness to Forsyth Park. We walked everyday to local eating venues. A good value for the money. Parking is manageable.

I will start with the positives that the host was extremely quick to help with the issues that we had with the property and any questions prior to our stay, it is also a fantastic location. However it is in serious need of a deep clean and renovation. Panels on the ceiling are falling in, it is very dark and dingy, kitchen cupboards were dirty inside, beds sounded and looked like they were going to fall apart if you even moved an inch. Hairs in the towels and sheets which was offered to be changed as soon as I mentioned this but we were already unpacked and it would have been too much hassle for us with young kids. For the price we paid I would have expected it to at least be clean and liveable. For a group of friends visiting Savannah for a weekend I would imagine this to be the perfect place, but not for a family with young kids.

Stay cation

As someone who is from Savannah this place was perfect for what we wanted! It was not even a 2 minute walk to Forsyth where we checked out the farmers market and laid out all day enjoying the weather. The host was extremely accommodating and answered any and all questions. It was actually even a lot bigger than the pictures showed. It could use a little revamping in certain areas but overall would definitely stay here again!!
