Family owned and operated with an amazing staff. Spotless room and the greatest location overlooking Downtown Saugatuck. Stayed in the Tree House which great for two. Extremely private location with easy access to the private pool below. Highly recommend this spot for a getaway weekend!

We had a great time, host was very accommodating and accessible. The family was very well maintained and easy access to all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely return here.

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Hill Resort. The place is quaint so you don’t deal with crowds at the pool. It was nice and quiet. Sits high on the hill overlooking the river so that was a beautiful view of Saugatuck. There is the chain ferry just across the street to take you into town but there are other options as well. The chain ferry is a must because it is a fun unique way to go into town. There are a few different ways you can walk to the beach. We took the easier route this time we have gone on Mount Baldhead before and that is a nice hike. The owner gave us some great food and drink recommendations during our stay. There are of course many shops in town that you can spend a day going through. The owner as well as other staff members were very accommodating during our stay and very friendly. We stayed in the treehouse and I loved how it had its own little private outdoor space. The place has recently gone through some renovations and I could tell in our place the bathroom was very new. My husband and I were very impressed with our stay at the Holiday Hill Resort and look forward to coming back. We had a very nice relaxing time here.

What a cute spot to stay! We enjoyed that The Treehouse was tucked into the back of the property which gives you some privacy. The space in small, but has everything two people might need. My husband and I stayed for our anniversary in mid September. We enjoyed dinner and shopping in Saugatuck, watching the boats go by and walking around the neighborhoods by Holiday Hill. What a great location and great place to stay!

Super cute!

Stay was fantastic! A lot of uphill-ing since it’s at the top of a dune but after eating all the excellent food Saugatuck offers, we needed to exercise!! Would go back for sure

Perfect location

A cozy little home up in the hills. A perfect getaway spot with my wife. Morning coffee overlooking the boats on the Kalamazoo river, hiking the nature path on Mount Baldhead and watching the sunset over Lake Michigan at Oval Beach. Just a few of the close by activities you can experience staying here.

Quaint treehouse

106 steps up and you make it to an adorable little place in the tree line, property was clean and location was great, 5 minute drive to downtown or walk across the street and take the ferry. Too chilly for the pool but it looked clean and welcoming. We loved it!

Beautiful views

The owner/staff were always making sure you were enjoying your stay & very friendly. The property was maintained beautifully & wonderful views of the river! Close to everything. Only downside is the stairs, but you get great views in return!
