'The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. '

'The apartment was perfect one bedroom on a busy shopping and eating block in Brera. Pretty close to the Lanza metro station and in a very walkable, charming (and touristy) neighborhood. Easy communication with the host.'

'I told the owner I was going to review this property because I thought it was really good for the price and most people would not stay because it looks really rough. It had all the stuff I wanted, close to the train a grocery store and a great price. When I arrived I had a hard time meeting up with the owner because they had gone to the train station t meet me and I walked past. At the apartment building it was hard to tell where I was supposed to be but a friendly barber who works out front...
