« Pool looked like it hasn't been opened in a few yrs. Rooms were a bit below standard for clean. Location is good, staff nice. »

« Great location and amazing front desk staff. So friendly! The hotel definitely needs some updates. The hotel room had no full length mirror which was very surprising and the ac was so loud it sounded like a motorcycle when it kicked on. The bathroom door had holes in it. The breakfast was very basic. But well stocked. We did love the balcony such a pretty view at sunset. »

« Ok so the room was clean. The staff was nice. That's all the good. Hotel was dirty in general. The continental breakfast was some cereal, waffles, bread, no butter, and some yogurt. The juice machine was broken. My rooms door had been broken into at some point and they just glued a new door jam over top of the broken one, so it like somebody could just shoulder tackle the door and it would just break open. « I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

« La chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons trouvé dans le canapé lit d’anciens draps non changés. Nous avons du rester 2 nuits et personne n’est passé pour refaire un peu les lits. Nous avions 3 serviettes pour 5 perosnnes. Le sol était coolant… »

« It is rare that I wouldn’t want to sleep under the covers but I chose to sleep on top with my own blanket. I just do not feel comfortable sleeping in bed. TV and lights not plugged into walls, door had large crack around when it was shut and allowed highway noise in, floors felt sticky. Will never stay there again. They said that they were under new ownership. Smoke detector was beeping in my room when I checked in and he was able to get it to stop, but it started beeping again in the morning. »

« First night they let us in the pool area but didn’t know how to turn on the lights so we were left in the dark. Had to ask to get in the pool area any time we wanted to swim. No towels were available at the pool. Blind in our room wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t see out the window. Called to let front desk know about the blind. Was told they would get it fixed right away. « I have stayed in several Tru by Hiltons… this one sits in a nice location..appearance is very nice.. the room was not as clean as it should of been… Staff were not friendly. Very disappointed this is one of my favorite places to stay. Would have looked for something else if I had not of had my grandkids with me! Note: I have never had this issue at any of the others! always TOP NOTCH!! »
