The staff is very courteous, the overall vibe is awesome, the food is delicious, and the rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this inn to absolutely everyone '

'The staff was great, location of hotel was great. It snowed a lot and they could have iced the parking lot MUCH better, but other than that the hotel is exactly what you hope for from a chain hotel. Being able to walk through the park into downtown was incredibly convenient and felt like you were in a much bigger town than Saratoga. Thanks!'

'The room is cold. The temperature only goes to 66. The advertised hot tub is gone. We paid extra to have a hot tub. :('

'Sometimes you get a pleasant surprise when you check into a hotel in a place that is new to you. This little hotel was fantastic! We had a nice stay and dinner at the restaurant across the street. But this place is so close to the horse track, you can watch the horses work out. '

'The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging.'
