'My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We first met the innkeeper, Matthew(3rd generation). Matthew was one and inviting, not in a fake way but a way that actually made you feel like you have just come home where you belonged. The room we stayed in was great! The bed was super comfortable and the towels were the softest we have experienced. Ever! Very convenient location walkable to every important location in the area. The breakfast every morning was delicious. Our last day we were eating...

'The staff was absolutely amazing, we didnt ask much but everyone was extremely nice. always an un forced good morning, just pleasant to be around in general. Breakfast was solid, the main chef (Making omelets) has been there for 10 years and just knows how to talk to people. Great staff to be around. Cleaning staff was also extremely pleasant, we were on the 5th floor and the woman would always say good morning and ask what time we would like our room turned around, it was always left clean...

'The property is a very nice older home. Our room was on the first floor in front of the house and there was a moderate amount of traffic noise. The breakfast menu had several good choices and they were able to accommodate my GF request. Access to the home is via an entry code. We received a text with instructions. There is limited parking behind the house. There isn’t anyone on premises on check-in but our room was opened and AC on as we arrived.'

'Hotel is historical and located in walking distance of shops, restaurants and beautiful park. You could even walk through the park to walk to the racetrack @ 20-min. We were there for a concert at SPAC and were able to easily drive in the back way to the parking area and avoided crazy traffic. The breakfast was Phenomenal! The staff were also very accommodating. The only drawback is limited parking for the hotel itself. Our room which faced the street was a bit loud and this hotel does not have...

'The location is excellent and can't be beat if going to a concert at the SPAC. The bathroom in our standard room was in need of renovation and the air conditioner did not work well. But the bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful. I would stay here again if attending a show but I would upgrade to a better room.'
