Happy Clam has just undergone a significant makeover and upgrade. It is better than ever!

Absolutely, amazing condo in a perfect location! Welcome to Happy Clam! Attention to detail throughout, clean, and relaxing. Perfect in every way! This newly remodeled gem is 1 block from the pure white sands of Siesta Key Beach and 1/2 block from Siesta Key Village. Where the gulf waters meet the sand and the sand meets the Village.

Swim in a beautiful heated pool at the complex designated for guests only. It is rarely crowded and conveniently located directly behind the condo.

Happy Clam is small but spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, if you choose to cook. If cooking is too much work then you are a very short walk to 26 restaurants in the Village where music and fun accompany some of the best fresh seafood, ethnic delights, and amazing ice cream.

And the Beach, it is a very short walk down the street from Happy Clam. Siesta Key Beach has just been rated again by "TripAdvisor" as the #1 beach in the USA and the #4 beach in the world. The Ultra-white 99% quartz sand is the best in the world. Never hot on your feet and silk-like in feel. Beach chairs, cart and umbrellas provided.

More fantastic restaurants a short drive away in Sarasota, just off the Key.

World-class shopping at St Armand's Circle, a quick 2O minutes away! It is an experience you will not want to miss. There is nothing like it!

Visit The Ringling of Ringling Circus fame. Sarasota has long been the winter home of the famous circus company. The Ringling facility includes eclectic collection of Baroque art, the Museum of the Circus, a thirty-room mansion, the historic Asolo theater from Venice, and some 60 acres of unparalleled gardens.

If you decide that you would like to visit Walt Disney World, Happy Clam is just 2 hours away. You definitely can do it in a day trip!

This was an amazing place to stay! The location is incredible to be able to walk to both the Village and the beach! The pool is also so great as is the convenient parking space. The hosts thought of all of the details - the place is filled with great touches (full kitchen, linens, bath, full set of beach day equipment, games, their Where Is info sheets). Very clean and bright space that feels higher end!! Hosts had excellent communication. Highly recommend for a couple or small family!

The house is beautiful with an all-new, top-notch interior including a completely equipped kitchen. We loved that it is 1 1/2 blocks from the Village, in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We spend much of our time in the cute, comfortable patio. When I had a question, the Irelands were very helpful and friendly. We have been to SK many times and this is our favorite house. The Happy Clam is the cutest condo with the best location on Siesta Key! It's in the nice quiet Village West association and very convenient for walking - just a block from Siesta Key Village and two blocks from the quiet end of Siesta Key Beach. This place is an absolute gem. It had everything we need to make the most of our stay. It is steps from the village shops and restaurants and about a block from the beach access point. The home seemed to be recently remodeled and was very clean and organized. House had everything we needed for our beach time. Wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. We cannot wait to return to the Happy Clam. The host was very responsive on all inquiries. We would absolutely recommend the Happy Clam. We had a party of 4 and the house was more than accommodating.

This rental was absolutely perfect! They had literally everything you can think of there. Sunscreen, nail polish remover, shampoo and conditioner, zip lock bags, laundry supplies. You name it. They had it. The only thing you need to bring are your clothes! The location to everything was incredible. 5 minute beautiful walk to the beach. 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants! Easy access to the trolley system. 15/10 will be back next year.

I have stayed at least a dozen times in Siesta Key over the past few years and by far, this was the BEST rental we have ever used. The location was less than a block behind "The Broken Egg" restaurant and only 1-2 blocks from the beach.The home was spotless: Every amenity/provision was thought of in advance and provided. Kitchen had everything you'd ever want - not just the basics. Smart appliances, bluetooth speakers, beautiful bathroom with products provided, smart TVs, outdoor shower and beach equipment including wagon, Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, toys....the list goes on. Clean like they were just off the store shelves: No sand, mold, mildew.Can't wait to come back again and again. We won't stay anywhere else from this point on. We also found the "Easter Eggs" and if you're a Jeep person, you know what I'm taking about.

This was our first experience with a VRBO rental, and our first visiting Siesta Key. Could not have been better. The unit was spotless, ultra modern, steps away from restaurants, markets, stores, and beautiful beach. Amenities were a big plus. With beach equipment; including a beach wagon to haul chairs and umbrella were key. Outdoor rinse area really was nice. Indoor was really modern and very clean. Hosts were on point with communication and relaying information for rental access and use. Not sure what more we could have asked for. Great vacation. Thanks Happy Clam.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We love its location and amenities,and the property owners were nothing but responsive before and during our stay! Temperatures were hot & muggy, but they thought of everything one could need for a day atthe beach (umbrellas, chairs, beach bag, and a cart to haul it all)!! Priceless,when you're flying to the vacation destination and can't pack most of that! One street back from the main SK village, so just a 3min walk to the market, coffee shop, & SKOB...can't be beat. Even that close to everything,you don't get a lot of noise.Last but not least, everything in the kitchen is brand new - so many amenities provided!! Just wish we had dinner in more nights to enjoy. Thanks for sharing your property with us!!

We had a fantastic stay at Happy Clam. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! We really appreciated the quality beach chairs, umbrella (loved the bub) and wagon! The bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and there were even back up appliances! Communication with the owners was great! Every detailed explained clearly. Cannot beat the LOCATION! Truly just steps to the village and a short walk to the beach! We highly recommend The Happy Clam and we would love to return one day!

Omg!!!! The most adorable 1 bedroom house with a great location. Queen sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2. 1 block from the village right behind the newly closed French Breakfast Restaurant (which was one of my favorites). The Happy Clam is approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach using beach access 3 or 4. My son said he wanted to live at the Happy Clam!! The house is nicely decorated very nice kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor area with table and chairs and shower lots of place to hang wet beach stuff. Great variety of beach stuff chairs umbrella toys boogie board. And access to a pool behind the house. Loved the Happy Clam!!!!

Very clean! Loved the cozy feel with all the extras (pillows, sheets, throws, towels, beach accessories, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom). Owners had framed printed communication with clear instructions around the house. Parking was excellent with space provided in the village, right beside Happy Clam. everything in home was functioning and well maintained. Location was excellent! Walk to beach was easy but a little longer than our smaller kiddos liked in the heat of florida. Loved that the bathroom door had direct access to outside! Was great for rinsing sand off kids before going in house. Lots of thoughtful touches by these owners!

This was absolutely the most perfect location and place to stay!! Every want or need was already thought of when we stepped through the door. Even a sweet gift was waiting for us at check in!! Easy instructions for check in and check out. Communication with the owners was fabulous! Great parking, the pool area was perfect! Better than ever!

We’ve stayed at the Happy Clam several times over the last few years. It’s always great but the updates after damage from Hurricane Milton have made it even better. The new floors and appliances are great and the new bed is super cozy. As always, the location can’t be beat!
