The room and location were great, but the stay was stressful because there was no communication from You Stay. Apparently they own apartments on the higher floors of the Radisson, but this information is not communicated anywhere. Any time I asked a question at the front desk, the Radisson staff would say "You're not with us. Message You Stay." I did many times during my stay and my messages were not read. I also called. You Stay needs to clearly communicate in the booking about this - it was unfair to pay for something and be ignored. Also, I did not receive any of my VIP benefits.
