'Nice staff, excellent location next to the airport, nice big room, good restaurant and cafe, and even a pool of you want it.
The breakfast had a wide variety and was very good, but the so-called "orange juice" was some sugary concoction that tasted like non-carbonated fanta. Any decent hotel should have freshly squeezed orange juice'

'Small, boutique hotel that had numerous cosy seating areas and lounges. We were upgraded to a suite and had a separate lounge. Just beautiful in every way. Black out shutters, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Host was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant food out rounding and much better than local village.
Couldn’t get a more perfect location. Walk down the hill 5 minutes to the village of Sintra and up the hill 5 mins to the Iniation Well and Palace. Cannot fault this place. '

'It’s always a pleasure to return to the Pestana Palace. There is always a warm welcome and the concierge and reception staff are excellent. It’s the beginning of the season so the waiting and room service staff aren’t 100% on top of things yet, but overall it’s still a lovely hotel. '

'We stayed four nights during our vacation. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. There is a big mall across the street. Within walking distance, there are many restaurants. It's also right next to the metro station, which will take you to the city center in about 20 mins. The room is clean. The indoor swimming pool is very nice, we used it everyday. It's definitely the highlight. One improvement point is that in the changing area of the swimming pool, we could really use more hooks for...
