'Breakfast was in a separate building from the hotel which wasn’t great. Limited breakfast options. Hotel exterior was a little old and dirty, and to check into the hotel it would also be in a separate block which was confusing at first. Felt a lot more like a hostel but it’s acceptable for its price. '

'【優點】礁溪湯圍溝公園這一帶的溫泉旅宿競爭激烈，比起其他家，偶浴比較突出的優點是有附免費停車場。 【缺點】房間的格局有點奇怪，只有一個窄窄的區域可以坐下來看電視，客廳的化妝鏡另有隔層，所以擦保養品時還要彎腰閃隔板；最後一點是希望工作人員離開櫃檯時可以隨身攜帶手機，避免住客抵達後被關在門外，打電話也無人接聽。'

'Air-conditioning was not able to heat up the room. Combination of low temperature outside and strong wind resulted in quite horrible stay in cold (13C in the room!!). The expected seaview was actually blocked by newly-build terrace of neighbouring building. Well not-recommended!'

Might have difficulty contacting the owner via whatsapp so Line would be encouraged so prob contact property at least 2-3days in advance would be better. Need to climb some stairs so travel light. The house owner is friendly '
