'The best accommodation and customer service we've experienced in all of our European trip! Yanis and his team made sure everything was great. 'We booked the grand suite with the pool and it was not only the best stay of our trip, but probably the best place we stayed in our entire lives - and I do not say that lightly. 'The location was amazing to watch sunset. I went before busy season. Walk was t too bad. You cannot reach the room by car- so you need porter or need to carry bags a little always. Very clean- shower doesn’t have a door- so bathroom floor was a little wet . I struggled mostly with communication- because there isn’t a front desk so hard to ask for replacement items. But overall very happy with it! '
