'Breakfast is waffles and 2 types of cereal. If you want more don’t book here. Plus there was a dead cockroach in our room. Very clearly. :)'

'There was nothing unique about the property. Thought is was a more modern setting from the photos. The room had a damp musty smell that was unpleasant. The size of the room is nice but the decor is drab. The pillows on bed are too small and don't make for best comfort. The breakfast was nice.'

'Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. Free parking on the property. '

'Worst Hotel Ever!! Dirty room, poor service, instead of having an incidental fee after you pay for your room, they want you to have a pre-authorization for the entire price of the room and and then when you show up, they want you to pay for the room while you still have a pre-authorization hanging out there for the full rate of the room. Ridiculous.'

'Very disappointed with this hotel. The property was not clean, and because they are remodeling, everything felt messy and unorganized. You could tell the bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned, which was really unpleasant. The hotel looked much better in the pictures than it does in person, which was very misleading. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I will definitely not be staying here again.'

'Unfortunately, our room had a strong odor similar to mouse urine when the heater was turned on, which made our stay much less comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room also was not what we expected. Also, there were not enough bath towels provided for everyone in our group to shower. When we requested additional towels, we were given a mix of floor mats, hand towels, and washcloths rather than bath towels. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly during our stay.'

'It was very clean and beautiful and quiet. No other guests when we stayed. The bar tender was very kind and sweet. The only real dock on rating for us is that the food was hit or miss for the price and there were two locals in the bar at dinner that were super annoying and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable. '

'The elevators smelled old and musty so did the hallways.bed mattress was smashed on one side from being slept on that one side alot , I guess.which made it an uneven sleep for both of us.bed frame stuck out past the mattress for you you to stub your toes,or hit your shins.'

'Very nice, clean, comfortable home. Updated in many areas. Very well maintained. Beautiful deck across the entire back, which overlooks the lake. Fire pit and bench down by the lake so you can relax or fish. Family-friendly. Thoughtful host. Left us smore makings and bug spray just in case. We didn’t need it. The only thing I suggest is a larger shower enclosure. The shower head was great. I would recommend this nice home and would love to stay here again.'

'Worst hotel room ever. Roaches everywhere couldn't sleep for the roaches crawling around and couldn't even shower roaches in the shower and bath and faucets.'
