'Overall we would not recommend this place for anyone to stay. Nice view but nothing else. We didn’t have AC for multiple days of our stay, it was 80 and 70% humidity! When the AC was out so was the power for the whole apartment. It is normal for the power to cut off in this country but it took hours for our host to get it back on when everywhere else did it in a matter of minutes. 'I enjoyed my stay at this property. I don’t really have anything negative to say. The only draw back for me was the WiFi was a bit weak. Seemed to only work well from the living room. 'Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city.'
