Vind je ideale hotel in Santo Domingo Barrio Alto

Me ayudó a relajarme y a sobrellevar mejor esos días.

'Very convenient location, easy access to restaurants, places of interest'

'Hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, coffee, restaurants, and city attractions. We appreciated the walkability to many places. Welcome drink was a nice bonus and the hotel staff was amazing. We did not love the location of our room at the back corner of the hotel, or the size of the room. We felt a bit cramped. Overall, a nice place to stay central for a few nights.'

'I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very...
