'The breakfast was not good! The rooms were nice! The tv needs to upgraded so we can stream!'

'The property appeared to be well maintained. However, when my wife attempted to check in, she was denied service. When she asked for an explanation, she was told that they were not required to disclose the reason. We were disappointed by the lack of explanation and will not be returning to this property.'

'Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, kregen een up grade en mochten vroeg in onze kamer. Men deed echt moeite voor ons. '

'Had a fantastic stay at the Ayres hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was very neat, clean snd spacious! Will definitely come back here.'

'The room were very spacious and trendy. But the walls are thin. We could hear all that was going on next door, more than we wanted. At night someone entered our room. When we told the staff member the following morning he just said 'okay' and no apology or reason. The room was not tidied when we came back the second day. 'The property is well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Good location'

'Hele fijne verblijf! Personeel heel aardig. Een mooie en rustige en luxe hotel! '

'Short walk to the stadium(s)'

Upon further investigation, I was told the manager had cancelled my one king bed room. Why???? Since, there were no one king rooms left, I settled for the 2 queen room. Second issue: The front desk said my room was prepaid (which it was) but they still needed to process it and when they ran my card on file,...

'Breakfast was really good. Hall way to room was not clean. Room was decent. I’m particular about cleanliness and don’t think I would return.'

'Clean room and close (via a shuttle bus) to Disneyland. Breakfast is American style but very good. Especially the egg station with a cook that will make you any kind of egg possible.'
