The Space:

Welcome to your contemporary home away from home in Las Condes! Our spacious 2-bedroom apartment on Avenida las Condes offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The thoughtfully designed layout includes a bright and airy living area, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing delicious meals, and two well-appointed bedrooms with 3 comfortable beds. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms. During Santiago's delightful warmer months (December to March), take advantage of the building's inviting outdoor pool. For those looking to stay active, a well-equipped gym is also available. Your ideal Santiago urban oasis awaits!



Pool season starts on 30 november to 15 april. 10 am to 8 pm. monday an thursday closed for maintenance.



The pool will be open to the public from November 20th to April 15th, with hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Due to maintenance, the pool will be closed on Mondays and Thursdays.



Guest Access:

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Feel free to make yourself at home in all areas, including the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to the building's shared amenities, such as the seasonal outdoor pool (open December to March) and the gym, allowing you to relax and stay active during your visit.
