Charming house in the historic center

Five minutes from the Cathedral and in the historic center this house is located that offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay in Santiago de Compostela.
Located in the Rúa San Pedro, place of entry of the pilgrims of the French Way and with quick access, without a car, to any of the most visited places in the city.

The house has two studios and each of them is equipped with a bedroom area, a living area, a kitchen and a separate bathroom.
Each studio has capacity for two people and the total capacity of the house is four guests.
They will have access to one or both studios depending on the number of guests listed on the reservation. That is, to make use of the two studios, the reservation will be at least for three guests.

Privacy is fully guaranteed.
Perfect for one or two couples or for couples with older children.

Ready to use house completely remodelled and fully-equipped.
You will have an unforgettable stay in Santiago´s historic town center, as the house is settled in Rúa San Pedro.
The house has two separate studios with capacity for two people each.
Both have kitchen, living room area, double bed and bathroom.

You can access one or both studios according to the number of guests making the reservation. So, to be able to use both studios, the reservation will be for at least three people.
It can hold a maximum of four people.

It is ideal for one or two couples or for a couple with older children.
Each couple can enjoy the amenities independently. Their privacy is guaranteed.

Right in the atmosphere of a special city but not too noisy!

Everything was satisfying, from enquiry to arriving. The two studios are very well designed. Life is right at your doorstep but if you need quiet, the soundproof windows are very efficient.

Great Place to Stay in Santiago de Compostela

Me, my wife and adult son stayed in this outstanding property for two nights and really wished we had spent more time there. Sonia was an excellent host and gave us lots of detail about the surrounding area and helpful tips when she met us. The property was centrally located in a very interesting area and we could have sat watching the world go by and not gone outside! It was very well equipped and the modern window glazing meant that although it was in a busy location, it was really quiet and we slept really well on the very comfortable beds. The bathroom was also very good. An outstanding property and one we would love to stay in again if we are in the area.

Beautiful, up to date and comfortable apartment.

Right on the old Camino, the apartment is very convenient to the cathedral and great restaurants and shops. Helpful owners, with good advice for dining, parking and getting around. Highly recommended.

Wonderful studio

Perfect location for enjoying Santiago. Close enough to Old Town and the Camino but just far enough away. Grocery and coffee shop steps away. Apartment is spotless and efficiently designed and Sonia was delitgtful. She met me personally and shared her favorite spots for food and drink Would definitely stay again

Suberb apartment just beside the historic quarters of the city. Perfect place to stay

Staying at these beautiful apartments on Rua de San Pedro in Santiago de Compostelo was one of the best travel experiences we have had. The apartment could not have been better located beside the old historic quarters. The host Sonia was thoughtful and extremely helpful. She answered all our questions and gave really useful advice which gave us an insider' view of the city. The apartment was modern, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. A fantastic place to stay to explore this beautiful city and a perfect place to unwind after completing the Camino.
