Country House 'Ca Na Barbara' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The detached, single-storey house is located just a few minutes' walk from the center of Santanyi, in a small side street. The nearest sandy beach is only a 10-minute drive away. It is newly renovated and offers space for 4 people. The neighboring house Casa Brava can also be booked through Finca Mallorca.



First floor:

The large living-dining room with open kitchen has a dining table and a cozy sofa area. There is a cozy bunk in an open gallery, ideal for a quiet siesta. The living room has large patio doors and is flooded with light, adjoining the covered terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and en suite bathroom with bathtub. The washbasin and WC are separate, but also en suite. The other bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm each) and an en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a guest WC. The house has a living space of 130 square meters and is lovingly and tastefully furnished.



Outdoor area:

The covered terrace is equipped with lounge furniture and a seating area and barbecue. It offers a view of the beautiful garden with lawn and mature trees. Particularly worth mentioning is the pool, which is heated by solar energy and makes swimming a pleasure even in the transitional months. The pool heating is free, but depends on the hours of sunshine: depending on the amount of sunshine, the water can be heated by 2-3 degrees. There is also a solar shower by the pool.



Pool:

8 m x 4 m, depth: 110 cm - 170 cm, stair access. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without chlorine (except in very hot weather). The pool heating works with solar energy and can heat the water to 5 - 8 °C above the outside temperature in spring and fall.
