'Loulou was really great and super responsive to every need we had and we enjoyed our stay very much. There is lots of common space and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The large rooms had a very nice design. The outside house had a bit of a stale odor, so we didn’t use it for sleeping.'

'Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche mit Freunden in der Villa Sa Gavina verbracht. Die Lage der Villa ist unbeschreiblich schön; InfinityPool und Ausblick auf die Bucht einfach traumhaft. Der wundervolle Außenbereich macht die kleineren Mängel im Inneren wieder wett. Die Küche incl. Ausstattung wären verbesserungsbedürftig. Die unteren Bäder sind zwar renoviert, riechen jedoch sehr stark nach Abfluss. Zudem waren in den Zimmern der unteren Etage jede Nacht Kakerlaken zu Gast. Die Sauerberkeit...

'Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig, trotzdem ist man schnell am Hafen. Die Betten waren gut und auch ansonsten hat uns das Haus gut gefallen. Ein Punkt Abzug für die Küche. Die Küche sollte aus unserer Sicht mal komplett neu gemacht werden. Zwar ist jetzt ein neuer Backofen drin, aber die Schränkte sind einfach alt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war bestens - super schnelle Reaktion und direkt vor Ort, wenn man ihn braucht. Auf Anfrage hat uns der Vermieter eine Nespresso Maschine zur Verfügung...

'We had an amazing stay at this villa. Plenty of room inside and out for a large family. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture in lounge and an abundance of various seating outside. The pool is great. Location is perfect for a stroll to the marina or pedestrian area for evening meals and with the large supermarket just a few minutes walk away we had fresh bread, hams, fruit, cakes etc for breakfast/lunch. Host Camilla was very quick to reply to any questions. It was really excellent...

'We stayed here for one month with our three little children. The place looks exactly like the pictures, it’s clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great just a short walk to the restaurants, stores, marina and beach. Check-in and communication with the property owner was all fast and smooth. Some small issues to be solved were dealt with accurate a quick. We would stay here again for sure! Had an amazing month!'

'The Villa was great, very clean, well equipped and masses of space, inside and out! Walking distance to two lovely restaurants and the beautiful beach. We were welcomed on arrival by Xavier who could not have been more helpful; even recommending and booking us into the local restaurant when we arrived late on the first evening. Can't think of anything negative to say, would definitely come again..'

'The house is not as it seems on the website. firstly there is no view whatsoever. Only a small crowded terrace for eating outside with a view of an ugly fence. There are no restaurants nearby for eating with the exception of a not-very-good Pizza place on Mondrago beach. The swimming pool is not a swimming pool. It is roughly 1.8 meters - a plunge pool. The beaches were closed for the first 3 days of our holiday so a swimming pool was a necessity. The photos of the pool (and the bedrooms) are...

'Das Haus befindet sich fußläufig zum kleinen Hafen in Portopetro. Es war super sauber und wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Auch ausreichend Handtücher im Schrank, genug Kleiderbügel und Geschirr. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt, auf der tollen Terrasse konnte man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen finden. Der Kontakt mit Neus war super nett. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.'

'Huis ligt op een mooie locatie. Helaas slecht onderhouden en pover uitgevoerd. Wij constateerden de volgende zaken ( foto’s beschikbaar): - dunne boxspringmatrassen met duidelijk voelbare veren. Zonder meer slecht om te slapen. - slaapkamer beneden inbouwkast stinkt naar schimmel en vocht. Niet te gebruiken. In ladekast lagen nog sokken van vorige bewoners. - badkamer beneden geen enkele mogelijkheid een handdoek, kleding op te hangen. Geen afleg voor toiletspullen. Moet je op de grond...
