When it came time to “check out” of my first room they told me numerous times that housekeeping would be doing our room as soon as it was available knowing we were there. They told me numerous times they would text me when my room was ready and we checked the phone number to be sure they had the right number. 'Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk. 'The parking was ridiculous! They don't even have enough parking for half of the rooms in this place...there was absolutely NOWHERE to park and when I asked they told me I can park anywhere else and just walk!! Yet they still charge $11+ a day for a parking not available. When I complained they said they would waive the parking fee but I still got billed for it.'
