Escape to a peaceful beach retreat at Gulf Place Caribbean, a charming resort community along scenic Florida State Road 30A, perfectly located between Destin and Panama City Beach. Free from high-rise hotels and heavy crowds, this area offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere.

Our third-floor condo features beautiful ocean views and is just a 3–5 minute walk across a boardwalk to the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of Santa Rosa Beach. The private balcony overlooks a tranquil lake and offers comfortable seating for enjoying sunsets or morning coffee.

Inside, the bright open living space includes a leather sofa, recliner, and 55" TV with cable and streaming, flowing into a dining area for six plus three barstools and an updated kitchen with granite countertops fully stocked with cookware, appliances, and a rolling cooler for beach days.

The condo comfortably sleeps six adults with:

Primary bedroom: King bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and private bath

Second bedroom: Two queen beds and adjoining bath

Hallway bunk beds: Perfect for kids

TVs with cable and streaming in both bedrooms

Guests enjoy easy beach access via a private sandy walkway and convenient amenities at nearby Gulf Place Town Center, including shops, bike rentals at YOLO Board + Beach, live music, and local dining such as The Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar.

The Beaches of South Walton are famous for their 26 miles of pristine shoreline, recognized with the Blue Wave Environmental Certification for exceptional water quality and natural beauty.

Wonderful spring break getaway

We stayed here for spring break. The kitchen has everything you will need. Comfortable beds, beautiful sitting area and a balcony with a view of the water. Private beach is just across the street. Quiet stay. Would definitely stay again.

We love this area of FL

We enjoyed our stay greatly despite the current construction and improvements currently happening on all of the balconies in our building. We missed getting to sit out there but we did know ahead of time that we wouldn't be able to access it. They were working on the Elevator, and the second week, the pool & hot tub as well, which was a little frustrating. The condo itself was clean and very nice. The living and dining area was big enough that when another couple joined us for the 2nd week, we had plenty of room. It has a great kitchen area with granite counters & ALL the utensils, plates, cookware/bakeware that you could possibly need. We used it alot and enjoyed the new stove and microwave! Really nice Washer/Dryer as well. The Master was roomy with a King and good closet/dresser and nice bathroom with fluffy towels. The 2nd bedroom had 2 queens and another full bathroom which was nice. Bunk beds in the hallway would be handy if you had kids. Great large TV in living area and TV in each bedroom. Location was great; quick walk across 30A to the beach thru a private gate. We loved the heated pool as well, while it was open. The owner was always available to help with any issues. We would definitely stay here again. And construction should be done soon, so next visit we can enjoy the balcony and the view of the ocean from it!

My family of 5 -hubby and 3 teenagers stayed for a week! PERFECT location to beach access. Very clean, perfectly stocked and comfy beds. Deck box has all you need for beach days including chairs, umbrella and even a cooler with wheels! Close to shopping, dining and a Tom Thumb! You won’t be disappointed!

We had a great family trip! It was outlr 2nd stay at gulf place and we love having the pool access and a very short walk to the private beach. Many complain about crowded beaches along 30a, but that has never been the case there. Property was well stocked and met our needs. Owner was great and responded very promptly. Santa Rosa Beach

Property was just like described. You can see the ocean from the balcony, pool, hot tub and charcoal grill right below you. Condo was clean, kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Grandbabies enjoyed feeding the turtles with the turtle food left in the pantry. Really appreciated the washer/dryer as our bags got soaked at the airport. My only complaint is the elevator was out the first three days we were there. It was extremely difficult to haul all the luggage, food and beach stuff up three flights of stairs. Not really the owners fault but a heads up would've been nice. Also, the building is under construction. Temporary stairs, building material, but all in all a really nice place with great correspondence from the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

As a family that cooks meals on vacation, we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The many food storage containers were a bonus that we haven't had elsewhere. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We would definitely stay again!

Great return visit

This is our second time staying in this unit, and it wont be our last! The location absolutely cannot be beat, and the space is just right for our family of four. Close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The unit is clean and well stocked. Only thing to note, and this is absolutely no fault of the owners, is that the exterior of the building is undergoing significant maintenance which resulted in the staircase closest to the unit being inaccessible (though this time there was a temporary staircase installed to be used which was not there on our first stay), and there are support columns on all of the balconies. Again, no fault of the owner, and didn't impact our stay, just something to be aware of.

Another wonderful family vacation at Gulf Place

The property is beautiful and just as described. We spent long days at the beach and definitely made use of the lovely pools. The weather was HOT and having access to the water was amazing. The condo is right acriss the street from the ocean. We went parasailing, visited Gulf Marine, dinner at Bayou Bills, Sunrise coffee, and Pecan Jacks ice-cream. A lovely and safe family vacation destination. We have visited five times previously and this won't be our last. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Place was great with the exception of the patio being closed due to safety issues. (Missed not being able to enjoy coffee on the patio). Location was great.
