PATIO + COMMUNITY AMENITIES

The ground-level patio opens to a shared grassy area, providing convenient outdoor access and additional space to enjoy the coastal surroundings. Please note that the patio and lawn are shared community spaces and are not private.

Guests also have access to the community heated pool and spa. The pool area includes restrooms and a television, making it a convenient place to relax between trips to the beach.

BEACH ACCESS

Lake Causeway/Martha's Lane Beach Access is approximately 0.3 miles from the condo, or about a five-minute walk. This smaller neighborhood access is best for quick beach trips on foot or by bike. It has limited beach space and no large parking area, so arriving early is recommended during busier times.

* West Allen Loop Beach Access: Approximately 0.7 miles away with limited parking and a slightly wider beach area
* Ed Walline Regional Beach Access: Approximately 1.5 miles away with parking, restrooms, and additional beach amenities

COMMUNITY + AREA NOTES

Salt & Soul is located on the quieter western end of Scenic Highway 30A, close to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and some of the area's most beautiful outdoor spaces.

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and Point Washington State Forest are nearby for hiking, biking, and outdoor adventures beyond the beach. The location makes it easy to explore 30A during the day and return to a comfortable, relaxed setting in the evening.

CHECK-IN + ARRIVAL

Smart-lock self check-in is provided for a smooth arrival. Arrival details, access instructions, parking information, and community notes are shared after the required rental agreement is completed.

DOORSTEP BEACH GEAR DELIVERY

For stays of two nights or more, guests will receive information after booking to access optional doorstep beach gear delivery through VayKLife. This service allows you to select chairs, umbrellas, cruisers, coolers, and other beach essentials for delivery to the condo, with easy pickup after your stay.

GETTING AROUND

Many guests choose to walk or bike to the closest neighborhood beach access. A vehicle is recommended for visiting the larger regional beach accesses, grocery stores, state parks, and other communities along Scenic 30A.

A car is also recommended for trips to Destin, Pier Park, and surrounding areas. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available.

HOUSE RULES + BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

* Primary reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older and remain onsite for the duration of the stay
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
* No parties or events of any kind
* Registered guests only; occupancy must match the reservation
* Signed Coastline Collections rental agreement is required to finalize booking
* Guests must follow all community rules, including quiet hours and parking regulations
* Parking is limited to two vehicles in designated spaces
* Street parking is not permitted and may result in towing or fines
* RVs, trailers, boats, and other oversized vehicles are not permitted
* Exterior security devices may be present for safety and occupancy compliance

OTHER NOTES

High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Guests who rely on uninterrupted connectivity may wish to bring a personal hotspot as a backup.

The ground-level patio and adjoining grassy area are shared community spaces and are not private.

Seasonal or extended winter stays may include additional cleaning fees. Coastline Collections does not have access to residential mailboxes, and package deliveries should be arranged through a carrier pickup location.
