This condo sits one block north of Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, just 300 yards from an access point to the white sugar sand and the Gulf of Mexico. You'll be an easy walk from such local institutions as Cafe Thirty-A and Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta a quarter-mile east. Other nearby favorites, including the Seagrove Village Market and Greenway Park, are less than a mile away. If you're looking to spend a day immersed in the natural beauty of South Walton, you'll be only two miles east of Grayton Beach State Park.

When we got there to eat however we had to clean the counters and the table for food prep. Some of the dishes and cutting board were questionable. I rather expected salt and pepper. The pool and beach were awesome the beds great. Plenty of eateries and activities on site too! Thanks again

so great we added a night!

We had a very last minute booking for this property, and we were very aware of the reviews talking about cleanliness. We had no issues and definitely didn’t see any of the problems mentioned in previous reviews. It was an EASY walk to the public beach, and plenty of room for us in the condo. We had excellent communication with the property manager, and were able to quickly and spontaneously add another day to our stay. I would absolutely recommend to any group looking for a low key stay!

Needs upgrades

Place needs a major upgrade, considering the price of unit compared to others we have stayed in in this complex. Dishwasher didn’t work, clothes washer leakes and has mold all around it. Blender, crock pot didn’t work . Bed’s we’re good though.

We had a wonderful time the only issue was the shower handle in the master bathroom came off and had to be fixed but other than that I was pleasantly surprised by this condo.

Great location

The positives: This unit was in a great location in SeaSide. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We had no dish rags in the unit. I placed a call to Vacasa who responded very quickly to accommodate us. The negatives: It was dirty. Our feet were black🤢if we walked barefoot. The furniture was stained and dirty. We requested sheets to put over it to sit on them. We would not stay in this place again. Thanks!

Dirty and Very disappointing

Very disappointed in the property. Pictures on VRBO was deceiving. Living room furniture was very dirty, mold & mildew on shower curtain in the master bath & on ceiling in the second shower area. The floors were very dirty when we arrived & housekeeping came back to clean the floors again,. Would not recommend this property!!

Perfect for our beach vacation.

This condo is in a great location. Right across the street from the beach access and Tom Thumb. We have 2 boys and let them bring a friend and we had enough beds for each of them to have one. Not fancy but just perfect for the beach.

Worst Condo Ever

This over-priced dump is the worst VRBO we have ever stayed at. Our family needed a vacation so badly. Between demanding jobs (in a hospital during COVID) and our high school students wrapping up a really tough semester, we were looking forward to the break. I spent the first two days of this vacation on the phone trying to get someone to address the leaking fridge that wouldn’t stay shut, and the fact that the place was filthy (during a pandemic for which the VRBO website states they are apparently following CDC guidelines). The patio and patio furniture was so dirty we couldn’t even be outside. In Florida, on spring break.The beds were so horrible we had to go out and buy our own sheets, mattress pads and blankets to try to find any comfort we could. We were able to get ahold of someone finally who came to clean the place. The fridge was still leaking all over the kitchen floor when we left. A day early. The owner of this place should be ashamed for charging this much for such a horrible property.

The location was great. It wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be, especially when every rental is advertising their advanced cleaning practices. There was mold on the shower curtain and no hot water in one of the bathrooms for the first 3 days, so that was challenging with 4 teenage girls and 2 adults. Loved the keyless entry, and its proximity to the beach and great restaurants.

Everything old and worn. It requires a general renewal.

Everything in this place is very old, furniture, sofas, kitchen, bathrooms, beds, appliances. We felt in this place like in a museum of apartments from the 1950s. We were in a similar apartment with our friends in building 9 in the same complex, which was super renovated and it was very nice there. Below is a list of things that were unpleasant: - Lots of trash and dust under beds and sofas. - Sand in many places on the floor and sofas. - Unwashed kitchen utensils. - Burnt grease stains in pans. - Opening and closing the balcony door was extremely difficult. - Balcony mesh very difficult to move. - The locking mechanism of the balcony door was broken. - Only 1 mug whereas apt was advertised for 8 people or more. - Door in bathroom that belongs to second bedroom locked on us a few times, we don't know why and every time unlocking was not easy. - The fan grilles in living space were rusty and disgusting. - Panels from the shutter in living space were missing and we could not fully close them. - Difficulties closing the washing machine door. - Old and uncomfortable sofas. - Old and worn out kitchen utensils. - Teflon pans in a tragic condition.

Fun Beach Rental

I thought this was a nice place to stay. I was unaware that the beach was across the street from the condo. We didn't have enough cleaners or paper towels. The master bathtub was clogged when we were first there but it was fixed quickly. It was a great family place and we enjoyed wonderful meals and fellowship together. The beach was beautiful but also crowded. We had a great time.

In need of upgrades

We were very disappointed in this condo. It is in desperate need of updating. Pros: location was great for walking to the beach and Cafe 30-A. Bike rental shop right next door and a Tom Thumb. The pool is right outside the door. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath for larger groups or families. Price was less than most. Closet full of beach toys. Cons: The entire decor of the condo. This place hasn’t been updated in forever. Smelled very musty when we got there but with lots of febreze and opening up the doors it was much better by the second day. All the furniture is very old. Toilet seats could use replacing. Looked very worn and wobbly. I think this place has definite potential if you replaced most the furniture, gave it a paint facelift and got rid of all the mirrors and rickety metal shelves above the toilets. The doors to go out on the patio were hard to slide open and there were several slats missing from the blinds. We picked this condo for the price and for the location but I would not stay here again. Would spend some extra money and stay somewhere nicer.

Actually better in person than in pictures! The only issue was the beds could use some mattress toppers and maybe better sheets, but that shouldn’t stop anyone from enjoying it. Couldn’t find the trash bags to replace the one we used but it was great!

Been coming here for years, and have rented several different units in beachwood villas. Great location, close to beach and quiet. With booking fees rental was in line with area; however would have expected better amenities within condo for the rate. Would highly encourage owners/management company put more into updates and quality of twin beds, kitchen and updating bathrooms. For the area the unit was adequate, but for price we would choose to stay in different unit on premises.
