There is a large primary bath with double vanity, tub, and a separate shower featuring new stone, tile, countertops, flooring and faucets. The guest bedroom has a two twin beds, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and renovated full bath with tub and shower. There is also a small cutout under the stairs with a twin bed for the little ones to sleep. There is also a washer/dryer on the first floor.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and Beach Habitats 30A fines.
