Welcome to Beachwood Villas 11E - a modern updated condo located poolside and just steps from the beach.

Enjoy a spacious living area with comfortable furniture. Relax in front of the 50" Roku TV after a day in the sun to catch up on some TV. You'll love the sound bar and subwoofer so you're truly immersed in your movie. An updated full kitchen adjoins the living area. The dining table seats 6 plus there are 2 seats at the breakfast bar.

At the back of the unit is the master suite with king bed, 32" Roku TV, and private bath, plus access to the patio overlooking the pool. Across the hall is Bedroom #2 which has a queen bed, 32" Roku TV. Bedroom #3 includes a full bed and twin-over-twin bunks and a private entrance to the bath with its own toilet and vanity. Bedroom #2 enters the bath from the hall, but also has its own vanity area and toilet.

Beach Access:
From the front of the complex you’re just 200 yards to the Beachwood Villas beach access across the street from Tom Thumb (the corner of 30A and Somerset Bridge Rd.). Just a 2-minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand.

Beachwood Villas:
Beachwood Villas is a wonderful community including pools (one heated seasonally), 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and beautiful grounds. There are also several charcoal community grills and picnic areas if you like to grill out. Beachwood Villas is directly across 30A from the beach, so the sand and surf is a short walk away! This unit is located right next to the pool, so the little ones don't have far to go for lots of fun.

Seagrove Beach:
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Book Beachwood Villas 11E - S.E. Seagrove and enjoy exclusive Xplorie perks! Experience axe throwing, ziplining, and sunset dolphin cruises. Play golf at Emerald Bay and Regatta Bay, enjoy Black Light Mini Golf, and have a blast at Urban Air Adventure Park. Your vacation will be more than just a stay—it’ll be an adventure!

Disclaimer:
Beachwood Villas will have ongoing construction from January 12 through April on the 3-story buildings. The clubhouse will be closed, and the laundry room will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily but open after hours. Noise and temporary parking limitations may occur. At least one entrance will remain accessible after hours. Construction will pause after April and resume on the 2-story buildings in September. Guests may contact us with any questions regarding access or parking.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Family get away

This was our first time in the Santa Rosa area and we will definitely go back. Our stay was amazing. Location was good for the beach. Communication was great. Had one small issue with using the keypad for the door but was given a quick response on how to resolve. Overall this was a perfect trip.

Great Location

Extremely pleased with the. condo and the amenities. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Property was very Convenient to restaurants and only a few minutes walk across the street to the beach. Heated pool was perfect temperature and extremely clean. 100% would rent this unit again.

An okay place to stay

This place was okay, but not sure we would return to this specific property. It was about a 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach, but you had to walk through a maze of boardwalks and a parking lot just to be able to cross the street and to get to the boardwalk leading to the beach. The property management group was easy to communicate with and responded to our requests, but our stay was not without the following disappointments: Poor WiFi, microwave turntable did not work, refrigerator was turned too low and froze our food, our water was turned off without any communication beforehand to us, the knob on one of the bathroom cabinets was not secured properly and kept falling off, couches and mattresses need updating, bunk bed frame was very squeaky and loud, pool filtration system was not functioning and pool got dirty quickly, mold on the shower curtains and behind the kitchen sink, area rugs in the kitchen and kids bedroom more in desperate need of washing. From this location it's about a 10-15 minute leisurely bike ride to Seaside, which has lots of food truck options and boutique shopping. The highlight of our kids' stay was taking surf lessons from Austin Magee's Surf School. The instructor (Logan) was amazing and the kids picked it up in no time!

Perfect for a girls trip! So cute and clean!

Property was amazing! The only thing I’ll say is where you walk into the beach you have. Avery small space to set up. I have stayed on 30A many of times down in Santa Rosa by Gulfplace and have never run into the issue. But the condo in itself was perfect!!

Clean condo, nice porch & close to beach

All in all, we enjoyed our stay! However, the kitchen is lacking in some bigger pots/pans, can opener that works, dish towels, and no pot holders. Coffee pot leaked a little & one of the toilets continued to run as the chain constantly came off. The beds were not very comfortable and pretty loud as you moved but it did sleep 7 people easily (3 adults, 4 teenagers). The porch was our favorite part and we spent a lot of time outside at beach and/or pool! If you're planning on cooking and eating on a budget, as we did, i wished it had at least one bigger skillet or crock pot to use. The two pans that were there were very dated & a little warped. We would stay in the area again for sure, loved the town - just not sure if we would stay in same unit.

Overall nice place and we had a great stay!

I'm only giving this 4 stars because comparably to what we paid and places I have been able to stay in the past, this place could benefit from a much better cleaning team and a deep clean. Also a lot of the outlets were either not functioning or things did not stay plugged in. Besides that, the place met our expectations. Bed were pretty comfortable, the covered terrace was great, location to the pool perfect and an easy walk (when not carrying toddlers and all the gear you need for them) to the beach. Walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. It's not indicated on the listing but there was a washer and dryer in the unit, this was a very pleasant surprise upon arrival. The unit was also cool and not humid. This is something that is generally hard to accomplish in such a hot humid climate with 10 people in coming in and out. There were plenty of towels provided and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

NEAT AND CLEAN...WELL-EQUIPPED

IT WAN GREAT OVERLOOKING THE POOL AND THE BEACH WAS CLOSE..THE CONDO WAS WELL FURNISHED AND IT FELT LIKE HOME. WE WERE ALL VERY COMFORTABLE THERE AND WOULD DEFINATELY COME AGAIN.

Beautiful condo with perfect location!

We had 5 adults stay for 4 days in this condo and it was perfect. The beach was just a short boardwalk away and very convenient to excellent restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!
