« We had a fabulous time here and the staff made all the difference! The house was always clean and they responded immediately to anything we asked. It was a joy to return home from a big day and have a fabulous meal prepared. They were kind and sweet and we adored them. The space is great with separate buildings for privacy. "Pire expĂ©rience vĂ©cue dans un resort.J’ai l’habitude de voyager, mais je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi dĂ©plorable. J’ai rĂ©servĂ© un sĂ©jour pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, mais Ă  l’arrivĂ©e Ă  l’hĂŽtel, ma fille de 14 ans a Ă©tĂ© facturĂ©e comme une adulte, ce qui m’a obligĂ© Ă  repayer 1 200 $ supplĂ©mentaires, alors que ce montant avait dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation.Dans les restaurants, il faut ĂȘtre extrĂȘmement vigilant : on nous a ajoutĂ© sur la facture des bouteilles d’eau et des items que nous n’avons jamais commandĂ©s. À chaque repas, il fallait vĂ©rifier en dĂ©tail pour Ă©viter les erreurs.MalgrĂ© cette situation inacceptable, aucun geste commercial n’a Ă©tĂ© offert. J’ai Ă©galement demandĂ© un remboursement d’une nuit, seulement sur le surplus facturĂ© pour ma fille puisque notre sĂ©jour a dĂ» ĂȘtre Ă©courtĂ©, mais l’hĂŽtel a catĂ©goriquement refusĂ©.Enfin, l’accueil et le service du personnel sont trĂšs dĂ©cevants : attitude fermĂ©e, peu souriante, aucun sens du service Ă  la clientĂšle.Une expĂ©rience trĂšs frustrante que je ne recommande absolument pas."
