« The check in was smooth, however we did it at the site as they didn’t answer through Expedia. We rented the room because they said it had a king bed and a sofa bed and slept 5 people. We only had is a couple and our two sons, and the sofa bed wasn’t a proper sofa bed, it would only work if you were under 140 cm. I messaged when I was there and got no response. We have stayed at grand marina many times and booked with their agency. We will not book with this one again! »

« When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room. When we asked about our paid reservation, we found out they actually didn’t have our reservation on file even though we paid for 3 nights in full. We were forced to search for another hotel and request a refund later through Expedia. What a terrible experience. »

« Suite à un problème de réservation, j'ai été relogé dans cet hôtel charmant avec très belle piscine en terrasse. Petit-déjeuner à la minute, personnel serviable et grande chambre. C'était parfait ! L'emplacement est idéal, dans le centre historique avec une quantité innombrable de restaurants à proximité, mais attention aux couche-tôt : n'espérez pas dormir avant la fermeture des bars, à minuit (il me semble) ! Même avec des bouchons, ça reste très bruyant, mais c'est le quartier qui veut ça. »
