'Me gustó lo fácil que es el proceso de check in y out, es bonito en general pero no me gustó que les hace falta más limpieza de las áreas comunes y la alberca está sucia, en los 4 días que estuvimos aquí nunca se dio limpieza a la alberca, este día se veía blanca el agua. El sillón del cuarto está sucio y huele a humedad y las toallas están muy viejas y percudidas. Dan la apariencia de estar sucias. También no me da confianza que el huésped previo lave los trastes porque no sabes si lo hicieron...

'The hotel is small but is extremely clean, confortable and cozy. The staff is very helpful and nice. Close to good restaurants and everything that you might need for a wonderful stay in Huatulco. I recommend Romero’s Restaurant, which is real close to the hotel and the food is delicious and cheap. The hotel is located in a quiet location and the a/c works great.'

'Nos tocó un hotel remodelado por lo que esta todo en buenas condiciones, muy limpio, agua caliente en todo momento, aire acondicionado funcional, personal amable, en la parte baja se abrió un VIPS por lo que si gustas ese tipo de alimentos podías bajar o ellos te llevan el pedido a tu habitación o a la alberca que por cierto estaba limpia, con agua tibia , gran ambiente. No está más el decir que el hotel está justo en el centro de crucecita, todo a la mano.'

'The service was excellent the employees on the hotel made my stay very warm ,very secure they were really reliable when i needed anything the stores and restaurants are in walking distance, taxis and busses get you anywhere in town all you got to do is ask for info they'll got you to the bahias, airport.Employees are the best .I've been staying in (all inclusives) this place one is not but the employees made the stay the best'

'Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. I don’t like big all inclusive resorts and buffets so Casa Ceiba was my kind of place and I would highly recommend it for travellers who have similar...
