The interior of the villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and heat pump to ensure comfort in any season of the year. It has three bedrooms with capacity for 6 people, all with en-suite bathrooms: two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the third bedroom on the first floor. The bed distribution includes a double bed and four single beds, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Additionally, it has all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.



Among its amenities are WiFi connection, television with channels in Spanish, English and German, iron, ping-pong table and private parking for 3 vehicles. The villa allows access for up to two animals, which makes it ideal for travellers with pets.



Its location is unbeatable, just 4.5 km from Muro/Can Picafort beach, 4 km from the town of Santa Margarita and with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and services. Nature lovers will enjoy its proximity to the S'Albufera natural park and views of the mountain, garden and swimming pool.
