'Materassi vecchi; piatto doccia usurato che sembra sporchissimo da quanto è nero... La cosa peggiore è stata dover sopportare l'assenza di acqua per un giorno e mezzo . Per poter fare il check out in oraria abbiamo lavato la faccia con le bottigliette. Oltre il danno la beffa: ci hanno negato il rimborso parziale! '

'Wat een schitterend hotel! Midden in het centrum! Alles ziet er verbluffend mooi uit. We hadden een kamer op de eerste etage, aan een openbare ruimte waar taartjes en een koffietafel staat wat zelf te gebruiken is. Het ontbijt bevat gevulde croissantjes, cannoli’s en taartjes. Tevens heerlijke koffie en thee. De bediening is erg vriendelijk en beleefd. Het was een heel fijn verblijf.'

'Whilst very excited to stay in what looks amazing in the pictures, sadly the reality was not to be. The kettle had green stains at the bottom, couldn’t use that as not clean. Went to run the bath and the water smelt stagnant, the jets in the bath were missing parts, the shower spilt water from above as was not maintained. 'My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional.'
