'We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Borgo Buio Town House, tucked into the heart of Montepulciano’s historic center. 'Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.'

'Het huis is met veel zorg en aandacht ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is mooi en rustig. Je kunt mooie wandelingen maken, en er zijn allerlei bezienswaardigheden op redelijke afstand. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen geregeld heerlijke vijgen en peren uit zijn eigen tuin. Kortom: we hebben het hier heel fijn gehad.'
