A special place to relax. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from Santa Cruz to Monterey. This is an ocean front condo on the second level. Sleep in our Select Comfort king size bed with an ocean view and sounds of the sea to lull you to sleep. Watch the hummingbirds frolicking on our deck. New flat screen smart TV and Bose sound system. Amazon Echo Dot smart speaker. Sleeps two more on our queen size sofa bed. There is room for six at our dining room table with an additional leaf. Fully furnished, including all linens and towels. It situated half-way between Monterey and Santa Cruz in a gated community.

Such a beautiful place to just sit and relax, watch the waves through the BIG picture window or open the sliders in the living room and bedroom and left the sound of the surf put you to sleep. Immaculately clean, has everything you need! The shower was fantastic and the sleep number bed lets everyone feel comfortable. Just what my wife and I needed for a three day weekend get away.

Debbie was very welcoming! Her Magical Place by the Sea was the best I’ve stayed at in Pajaro. It is well stocked with everything you can think of or that you may have forgotten. It’s very clean and nicely decorated. The view is spectacular! I’ll definitely go back as soon as I can.

This condo was so well equipped. Everything that you could possibly need and I mean everything! It was clean and cozy and perfect for a relaxing get away. The views were beautiful. We saw sea otters and lots of surfers! It wasn't crowded and was very clean. It wasn't super far to get to shopping, food, entertainment, etc. But far enough to feel relaxing. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

My husband and i have visited Sonoma and Napa Valley, and the Russian river valley for 40 years. We decided to try the Monterey/Carmel valley this trip. First, to be oceanfront and have direct access to the beach, made our decision even easier to try the wines in this area and to stay at this condo. We were not disappointed at all. the weather was beautiful, blue skies and in the 60s, perfect conditions for tasting phenomenal chardonnays and pinot noirs. it was so relaxing to come back to the condo and open up a bottle and watch the sunset from our balcony. the condo was roomy and well stocked and very clean. the bed was comfy, and the shower was very nice. we are looking forward to coming back next year when it is a little warmer so we can enjoy the Pacific Ocean. Aside from the great wines, the local breweries have great food and even better hazy IPAs. thank you to the security staff who gave us the peace of mind that we were safe during our visit from Florida. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. five stars.

This property is indeed a magical place by the sea! It is steps away from one of the most beautiful stretches of beach I have had the privilege to see. The condo is beautiful, and has all the amenities you can think of and more! Deborah is a superior host And is very responsive to anything that her guests need.
