This charming 110 m² two-bedroom house in Madeira is the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking a relaxing and memorable stay. Spread across two beautifully decorated floors, it combines comfort and style with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

Please note that stairs must be climbed to access the two floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV for cosy evenings, and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious homemade dishes, such as a stove, oven, and microwave. This floor also features a convenient powder room, as well as a lovely terrace with a barbecue and a laundry area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and longer stays.

Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms opens onto a private balcony where you can wake up to stunning sea views. On this floor, you will also find the complete shared bathroom, equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is located in Gaula, a peaceful village in Madeira, which is perfect for those looking for a quiet stay with convenient access to amenities. Within walking distance, you will find a local bakery and café where you can enjoy fresh bread and pastries, as well as a small Amanhecer supermarket for your daily essentials. A pharmacy is also nearby, and there is a 24-hour petrol station just a short drive away, which is ideal if you are renting a car.

Gaula offers beautiful mountain views and is a short drive from Santa Cruz, where you can explore the charming seafront, visit local restaurants and enjoy the natural swimming pools. The property is also conveniently located for reaching Machico, with its rare golden sand beach, and for visiting the Cristo Rei viewpoint, which offers spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic.

Public transport is available nearby, with several bus connections that make it easy to explore other parts of the island.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport is a 6-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
