This beautiful multi-level Santa Cruz Pleasure Point beach house is steps from the beach and only 7 houses away from the ocean. This mid-century charmer boasts a fully loaded kitchen, open floor plan, and high ceilings. Perfect to relax and enjoy your surroundings. We offer bikes, a beach wagon, children's toys and Pets are welcome! We strive to provide a clean well maintained space for guests to enjoy. The house offers 3 bedrooms with a bonus loft. Just 10 drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk.



The Space:

Live the beach lifestyle; bikes, beach gear, & more all for your use! Perfect for families or a group of adults.



The house is multi-level with two bedrooms on the lower level, one with 3 twin beds and the other with a king size bed, a full bathroom, garage with bikes and laundry. This level also has easy access to the backyard with a hammock, fire pit, bbq, and a table for outdoor eating. On the second floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with king size bed and attached full bathroom, balcony overlooking the large backyard and just a few steps down to the living room with an attached balcony and half bath. On the top level, you will find a loft with a couch and futon bed that provides an ocean peak. The house is large with a lot of room for a multi-family vacation or a group of adults.



We have security cameras are on the outside of the property for safety reasons. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!



We are a dog-friendly house. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and an additional $50 for the second. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pets must be approved prior to booking. They will love the house and the beach!



Guests must be over 25 to rent our beach house. Absolutely no parties. Our neighbors are sensitive to noise after 10 pm. Normal level conversations and laughing isn't a problem inside the house after 10 pm.

The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is quiet and in a very beachy setting. The ocean is just a min walk to the end of the street. We are located in the very sought after Pleasure Point where you will find some of the best surfing in California.

Walk, Bike, Urber, Lift, Drive or Bus
