« Stayed at the Ballard Inn recently in the middle of May and it was magical. Its a really cute boutique hotel with age old charm and updated services. Their breakfast is included and its delicious. You literally get a house key and it feels like home. Walked the darling white picket fence quiet neighborhood and grabbed so me famous pastries at Bobs Well Bread across the street. « LOVED our time here! It felt like the secret garden. So quaint and you could really feel the history. The grounds were beautiful and we loved all the sitting areas outside to hang out and relax. Really loved the fire pit! Only complaint is I am very sensitive to mold and there were some signs of water damage in the bathroom- staining on the floors and rippling on the walls. That concerned me. Other than that- we loved every second!! »

« Charming and great location. We love the backyard happy hour. The amenities are limited- no drinking water or glasses and no coffee etc which would you would expect from such a lovely accommodation. »

« We had a great time staying at the property. The place is perfect for large families with kids. The number of bathrooms is unprecedented and is a big plus. There is plenty of space in the house and a beautiful spacious garden for kids to roam around. The B&B is very clean and well kept, the owner is wonderful and very helpful. The only caution is that the house is not new and people with allergies might have a reaction. »

« Brought mum here for Mother’s Day. The hole family (5 adults and 1 toddler) had a blast. The house has everything you could want, including foosball and a Pac-man arcade booth. The out door fire pit was a major plus. Bring your favorite foods and you’ll feel like you found your second home. »

« We took our daughters to visit some colleges and this was a great location for our home base. The accommodations are very nice and it’s a short walk from a number of bakeries and restaurants and other great spots. »
