« We so enjoyed this lovely home with four bedrooms and a bathroom for every room. It was so easy to reach the owners with a couple of questions, who themselves happened to be in Hawaii babysitting their grandchildren. I only have a couple of suggestions for safety and comfort. The futon in the downstairs bedroom needed to have a comfortable topping for the mattress because futons notoriously are pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. It’s close enough to downtown S.B. that getting into town is quick and there’s a couple good restaurants and little market nearby if you need anything. « This property does have a great view, that’s the good news. It is mentioned in the listing, but the traffic noise is constant and so loud you really can’t enjoy being outside. Also mentioned in the listing, there is no AC. Not too bad in February but I can’t imagine being here in the summer. The place needs work. Kitchen cabinet drawers and doors are all falling off.
