The Exceptional Ocean Getaway boasts warm, natural light, beautiful limestone surfaces, a spacious walk-in shower and Waterford fireplace giving it both a romantic and European feeling. The fully-equipped kitchen was meticulously designed with high end appliances: Subzero refrigerator, Wolf cook top stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, a nespresso machine as well as a private washer and dryer. The dining room table accommodates up to 6. There are also two tables and chair sets in the private encased interior courtyard.

The cozy living room is a lovely gathering area with hardwood floors, couch with a queen sofa bed, a 55" HD TV, two over-stuffed venetian chairs and an antique Louis VIV desk as well as a Waterford fireplace to enhance its ambiance.

The king bedroom offers a 40” HD TV with an accompanying bathroom that includes a walk in shower. The queen bedroom features a 20” HD TV and has an accompanying bathroom with shower/tub combination. The bathrooms are freshly renovated and beautifully completed with limestone floors, granite countertops and custom Santa Barbara-style cabinets.

The living room features French glass doors inviting views of the courtyard and romantic Italian fountain into the space. Indulge in the magic of Mediterranean-like weather in the spacious courtyard, offering a gas grill, and chaise lounge seating to dine alfresco and delight in local produce.

Our luxury beach getaways —in the Historical West Beach area— reside in a historical turn of the century building which retains the charm of the day’s bygone. The building has been lovingly restored to reflect Santa Barbara's ambiance, its array of apartments revealing both romantic and European styles. Our various spaces are complemented by luxurious details from Carrera marble surfaces, hand cast plaster, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and Waterford fireplaces.

Close proximity to the vibrant Funk Zone also adds to the allure. This nook where the streets meet the ocean, was was one an industrial spot, but is now a flourishing space with lively and artistic locale. The benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station further allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.
