'This property has been under renovation for the past few years, with about another year of construction still to go. They are transforming an old winery into what will eventually be a 5- or 6-star resort, complete with a spa and other amenities. We stayed for two nights with our 11- and 13-year-olds and booked a family suite. 'Unforgettable experience! Gorgeous scenery, we spent so much time just relaxing by the stunning pool and taking advantage of the poolside bar. The best hotel breakfast we had in Italy, included daily. The staff were so helpful and kind. They truly go the extra mile. My only minor critique is that the air conditioning was weaker than expected but we were also there during a heat wave! Staff helped remedy the situation with a fan- thank you! We will be back!'
