Villa Diamante is a gem in Menorca's crown. This 2 bedroom property has an expansive lawn with a south-facing private pool surrounded by Mediterranean trees and plants. Located in the resort of Binibeca, the charming villa is only 15 minutes' walk from the sandy cove, as well as shops and restaurants being a quick 5 minute stroll away. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms are included.

Villa Diamante is located on the fringe of the much loved resort of Binibeca. There's a good choice of snack bars and restaurants as well as the coastal road and the nearby sandy cove of Binisafuller within walking distance. The neighbouring resort of Punta Prima and its beach are also around a 20 minute drive away. This inviting house makes a perfect base if you want to be within walking distance to the resort amenities and experience the delights this beautiful island has to offer.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
