Villa Sharon is a newly built property located close to the city that will allow you the possibility to have fun and at the same time, will ensure you privacy and tranquility.
The villa features indoors bay windows that allow the natural light in. All the amenities are modern for your comfort. The living room is tastefully decorated with a beautiful colorful couch. The living room with the dining room are spacious and give direct access to the garden, as well as the double room.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, below the layout:

At apartment level, with direct access to the garden. The bedroom has 2 beds including 1 double bed, 1 double bed (180 cm.) bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. This bedroom has also air conditioning, dressing room.

Room 2
At apartment level, with direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm.) bathroom ensuite with shower. This bedroom has also air conditioning, dressing room.

Room 3
At apartment level. This bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm.) bathroom ensuite with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.

Room 4
At apartment level. This bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm.) bathroom ensuite with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.

Outside we find an outdoor kitchen and several outdoor tables where you can enjoy your meals.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 7 nights.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
late check-in 20:00–00:00 = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR (subject to arrangement).
Included in the rates: bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, pool and garden maintenance.
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heating and electricity is higher than average.
Children welcome (must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam).
Security deposit: € 2.000 (must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization the amount is not debited in advance).
Final cleaning : € 300 to pay upon arrival
