This charming property has been recently renovated (2018), and it enjoys outstanding views of the North coast of the island, the beach of Cala San Vicente with its crystal-clear waters, the white water beach and the island of Tagomago.

The villa develops on three levels, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

On the ground floor are found:
Room 1
with sea view, 1 king size bed, bathroom with shower outside the room (shared with room 2), WC in the bathroom. This bedroom has also air conditioning.

Room 2
with sea view, 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed, bathroom with shower outside the room (shared with room 1). This bedroom has also air conditioning.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom, with sea view. This bedroom has 1 king size bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. This bedroom has also air conditioning and private terrace.

On the lower floor you can find the private parking with automatic gate.
On the ground floor, you will find the main area of the villa, with the living room and its design fireplace, the dining room, and the fully equipped and modern kitchen.
The first floor is only for the master bedroom.

Outside we find the private swimming pool perfect for hot summer days, which offers a stunning sea view and large terraces with several lounge areas and a covered summer kitchen.

Location
Nearest beach: 1 km Cala San Vicente. In this Cove there is a small supermarket and very good restaurants.
Other beaches: Aguas Blancas, Es Figueral, Pour d'es Lleo, Portinaxt, Benirras, and many coves little.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 7 nights.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check in is allowed at extra price 20:00–00:00 = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR to be paid cash upon arrival
Included in the rates: bed and household linens, change of linen and towels (once a week), electricity, water, gas, house cleaning (every 3 days), Internet WI-FI, pool and garden maintenance.
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heating and electricity is higher than average.
Children welcome (must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam).
Security deposit: € 3.000 (must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization the amount is not debited in advance).
Final cleaning: € 300 to pay upon arrival
