« Could not adjust thermostats and was very cold entire stay. Property facing a very busy 4 lane street so there is vehicular noise all day and night. Upstairs patio doors poorly fitted so noise is more pronounced. Steep narrow staircase to upstairs bedrooms. One of the double sinks in en-suite was stopped and would not drain. »
