'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'

'The facility was very modern and cosy at the same time, which resulted in a luxurious yet warming atmosphere. The staff was also really nice and easy-going: when we accidentally checked-out about one hour late they didn't charge us extra. 'We live in Spain and visit Andorra regularly, I’m so glad our usual hotel was full as we found a real gem here. We were made to feel most welcome, great breakfast and beautiful surroundings. Our dog was welcome too which makes all the difference. We are looking forward to returning!'

'So-so. The room was outdated but relatively clean. Comfy bed and free parking. However, the wifi was very bad! The wifi bandwidth is capped at only 125 kbit/second according to their Mikrotik login page. Hello!, this is 2014, not 1994! We were not even able to book a hotel at our next destination. The owner showed very fast loading websites on his iPhone. I assume that he DID have an uncapped connection. Just a show-off, but I know better. We did not try the breakfast.'

'The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)'

'Descent hotel 4 minutes walk from the ski lift. The hotel is nice and cosy, with a good bed and a descent breakfast. There are some tiles loose here and there, but nothin hazardous.
