'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'We stayed in a spacious junior suite, which we really enjoyed. However, the room wasn’t well soundproofed, and we could hear highway noise at night. Overall, the room was clean, though the coffee machine could have been better maintained. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. Breakfast was fresh, and the location was very convenient. We would consider staying here again.'

'We reserved a king room with accessible bathroom tub. Upon check in, the front desk person confirmed that we had a king room with accessible bathroom tub. We lugged in our bags, and laid down to rest, only to discover later that our bathroom was not only NOT wheelchair accessible, but it also had a stand up shower, no shower seat, no grip bars, and no room for the wheelchair. '

'The bathroom needed upkeep. Leaky faucet and barely any water pressure at the sink and in the shower. Housekeeping never came to our room during our stay. Had to call to get towels at the front desk in the evening. Rude staff member at the breakfast area rushing me away from coffee station to restock the creamers. Decent stay but nothing to write home about. '

'The room was clean. Hotel was in great condition with beautiful water views. Only issue was that they ran out of coffee in the lobby both mornings we were there. I think they'd benefit from some additional checks of that amenity to ensure it's full.'
