'Everything looked very nice. It was clean. They were very polite, and when we needed new towels, they made sure we had them. Very happy with my stay.'

She seemed a bit confused, and it took time for her to check us in. She ran to the back (to get help?) as we were being checked in. She gave us the keys and gave us...
