'This is our fifth time staying here, and it is always a treat. The unit is well maintained and nicely decorated, and the owner is a delight to work with. The location could not possibly be better, a block away from the town ski lift. And, super-bonus this year: they've redone the pool and hot tub area and added outdoor grills. A wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes.'

'The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. 'Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta'

'Didn’t know there was construction and no one working in the lobby. Door codes didn’t work and took hours to get inside. Once inside found the room pay dirty sheets and pillows looked used with others body hair on them. Moved to another hotel.'
