'Lovely little apartment, 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom has twin rooms is a bit small but manageable) both had wardrobe and drawer space. Clean and comfortable. Communication with Fausta was excellent and Lorenzo onsite who helped us check in was fantastic with lots of tips of where to go. There were some basics provided, 1 toilet roll, some handsoap and washing up liquid but a small amount. We ere happy to leave any leftover food and basics there for the next person. 'De vakantiewoning is gelegen in een rustige omgeving op loopafstand van het bruisende San Teodoro. De vakantiewoning is geschakeld met een andere woning waar een oudere vrouw alleen woont. Waar we overigens geen overlast van hebben gehad. Aan de achterzijde staan gebouwen waar appartementen verhuurt worden. 'Wij zaten met 2 pers in het huisje (is voor 4 pers.) en dan ook erg klein. Twee persoons slaapbank (met vrij harde matras) neemt veel ruimte in, waardoor het krap wordt. Douche met douche gordijn wat tegen je aan gaat plakken met douchen. Wij hadden voor s nachts een ventilator gekocht omdat het erg warm was. Vanaf het terras geen uitzicht door de hoge heg. Let op de strenge afval scheiding op het park! Locatie is erg leuk. Op loopafstand van San Teodoro met veel lekkere restaurants en strand....

'Arrivati nella struttura, siamo rimasti allibiti dalle condizioni di degrado e di sporcizia sia nella parte degli esterni che delle camere. L’hotel è in stato di abbandono solo una piccola parte della struttura e agibile il resto abbandonata a se stessa con cumuli di mobili vecchi e rotti e sporcizia che occupano gran parte di quelle che dovrebbero essere le zone comuni. 'We´d spent 11 nights at this property and had a great time. It was clean, had a modern kitchen/living area and a modern bathroom on the groundfloor. The two bedrooms and on the 1st floor and the kitchen have air conditioning which is helpful with temperatures up to 38°C/100°F. 'This is certainly the best holiday house we have stayed. We felt home quickly due to the details inside and outside. Garden with hidden spots to relax and path to the beach.View from the roof terrace is amazing.In the evening whole garden and terrace is romantically iluminated.Giovanni offers a great service. Area is beautifull and short drive (Punta est, San teodoro, Porto Tarverna,etc).'

'Gemütliches kleines Häuschen und genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Strand ist nahe gelegen und zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat zwei Spielplätze gleich in der Nähe und das schöne Städtchen San Teodoro lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Einheimischen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unsere Ferien in Maximilians Haus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Maximilian war zu jedem Zeitpunkt einwandfrei, vielen Dank dafür Max!!!'

'A very nice house located on a mountain, in a very quiet and peaceful area. Perfect for two couples because of two floors with seperat bathrooms/livingrooms/kitchens an of course bed rooms. There are two areas outside, one with pool and one with covered table, so you can sit outside even when it‘s rainy. The pool was very clean and Nicola controlls it once a week. "De accomodatie is prachtig gelegen en heel rustig. Adembenemende uitzichten. Twee rustige stranden nabij, Salinedda en Salina Bamba, Suaredda was wat drukker, maar alledrie op wandelafstand. Salina Bamba was mijn favoriete. Andere stranden drukker, maar gelegen nabij vele prachtige stranden in de omgeving. Vriendelijke ontvangst, mooi vis-restaurant/bar op het domein. Zwembad ook meestal erg rustig. We waren er met twee kleine kinderen die zich er goed geamuseerd hebben, ondanks dat er geen speeltuin was. De schommel aan zee was ook de laatste dag verdwenen. Kamers waren in betere staat dan we hadden verwacht bij lezen van reviews, maar wel hier en daar kleine mankementjes die ons niet stoorden. Bedden (verenmatras) waren nog prima. De jacuzzi werkte niet tijdens ons verblijf."
