With over 55 m² of living space, there’s room to spread out. Ideal for couples and solo travelers who value privacy, space and a relaxed atmosphere. Remote workers welcome with a flexible schedule. We’re a Mexican-Canadian family who love welcoming guests and we provide free basic concierge support.

This private top-floor apartment is designed to give you room to live, not just a place to sleep. Over 55 m² (600 sf) of indoor-outdoor space is divided into distinct areas, so you can relax, read, work, dine or enjoy the views without feeling confined to one room.

The main living area has soaring double-height ceilings beneath a traditional palapa roof, with floor-to-ceiling east- and south-facing windows bringing in abundant light, ocean breezes and expansive city and ocean views. A comfortable sofa, Acapulco-style chair, coffee table and two hammocks create plenty of space to settle in and unwind.

The compact kitchen is equipped for simple meals and cold drinks, while the dining area seats two. The separate spa-style bathroom has a rain shower, flush toilet and sink.

The private rooftop garden is another living area of its own, with a café table and chairs for morning coffee, outdoor meals or evening drinks. The east-facing balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise, while the rooftop faces west for sunset views.

You’ll have exclusive private access to the entire suite, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, sunrise balcony, private rooftop garden and the base of the stairs leading to your apartment. The only shared area is the entryway from the street to the base of your private stairs.

We’re happy to help you get oriented and share local tips on activities, outings, car or moto rentals, grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, surf lessons and more.
