San Pedro's premiere luxury villa with access to our very own PoolClub within the gated community. The Villa features a private rooftop sunning pool, grill, and tanning pads overlooking the private boat slip. The meticulously design illuminate the kitchen naturally but also open onto the waterfront canals and views of the upscale Mahogany Bay Village. Small private rooftop dipping pool to cool off from the sun with large rooftop balcony.

Whether you want to lounge in the shade, sun, or in the refreshing pool water, the rooftop has you covered. Featuring a professional-grade grill and comfortable seating for everyone in your party. When it's time to head inside, just slip by the waterside patio and step through the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors into the bright, beautiful and spacious kitchen and living room. With design as cosmopolitan as it is comfortable, the cool bedrooms and private bathrooms are your oasis within an oasis.

Explore the island on a golf cart or boat and tour the beautiful town of San Pedro, with an incredible selection of bars and restaurants and exciting activities!

Located in San Pedro Town within Mahogany Bay Village. The area is a private gated community with Restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Guests do not have access to the Hilton's Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They're short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!

Incredible week at an incredible house in paradise!

My husband and I rented this home with 2 other couples. One couple was unable to make the trip early on in the planning process and the other couple came down with COVID the day before they were supposed to fly down so it was just the two of us. The house would have been perfect for the 6 of us with the rooftop pool, rooftop deck, canal-front patio, and beautiful living space inside but ended up being even more perfect for just the two of us. The house was priced at a very reasonable rate if compared to a single hotel-style room which makes me think we may even look into booking it again the next time we come down even if it is just the two of us again. The house is located in Mahogany Bay Village and just a short walk to all of the resort’s restaurants, bars and coffee shop. Most mornings, we would grab a cup of coffee to take with us on our beach walk. The beach is maybe 1/2 a mile away, just across one road. There are also plenty of beach-front restaurants within walking distance or a short golf cart ride away. Since we were there for over a week and had a full kitchen and rooftop grill, we bought food at the store and cooked several meals at the house. Mahogany Bay is close enough to the hustle and bustle of San Pedro without being in the mix which is how we like it. One of the best parts of the whole experience was the concierge service provided by the property management company. They were so wonderful in helping us with everything from golf cart rental to Tropic Air reservations, excursion bookings, and even a private boat tour to Secret Beach. They get bonus points for helping us to navigate the changes made when our friends had to cancel very last-minute. Whether it is 2, 4, or 6 people, this house is fantastic and a great place to have fun and relax.

This is a streamlined, modern home in a private community in South San Pedro. This home does not have access to the community amenities besides the restaurants. So, you’ll want to plan your activities and golf cart rental in advance.
