'The communication was horrible. The listing does not state the water they give you per person is super limited for bath. The energy is super limited, they even said not to charge my kids tablet when they saw them. Not all rooms have fans (horrible heat we couldnt sleep) and the fans offered were in poor condition. No wifi, no water to make breakfast the next day and the administrator is refusing to acknowledge this is not acceptable. There are nails sticking out on balcony and tables, my...

'Very unsafe area for tourist! Do not come to this hotel unless you're prepared to get ripped off by every individual at the hotel and all along the beach. The couches were coverd in mold, the lights only worked between 6pm and 6am. The water was not working and no AC in the room. I stayed one night and left as soon as I could, I requested a refund but was met by rude responses from the staff even after listing all of the issues.
