« This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again. »

« The room was clean, had a very nice tub and shower, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven, and a large tv. Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood, and felt safe and comfortable walking my dog around the block. The hosts were very helpful whenever I had questions. »

« We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and excellent response from the property owner. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. If we’re ever in Oceanside again we will definitely book here!!Side note very close to everything Beach, Zoo, Legoland and, if you have friends or family on Camp Pendleton it’s a short 15 minute drive to base gate. »

« We used Fallbrook as our central location for a family wedding in Fallbrook on the weekend. Very easy to get to Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad for beach week activities and wedding activities. Our family of 7 was able to easily relax and use this house as the central location. The house was clean and well equipped with all we could need. The owners were very responsive and ready to help if needed (we didn’t need anything though) - very communicative. We were able to locate everything we needed...

« Perfect! I am an ex-Californian and forever O'side Local. Brought my wife out for her first visit and we had everything we needed. BRAD WAS GREAT! Just sorry we stayed so busy that we didn't have more time to kick it at the pad. Communication was smooth, ease of travel up and down the coast, local flavor, great neighborhood, and no surprises.Cannot recommend this spot enough!God bless! »

« Stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the room. Very clean, quiet little patio outside the door was nice to sit and have morning coffee. Everything you could want to eat and drink is close by. Small parking lot, but on street parking wasn't an issue. I would stay here again. »
